3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed in order to:

  • Respond to requests, questions and suggestions submitted through the contact form,
  • Carry out quotation, information and after-sales processes regarding our products and services,
  • Evaluate job applications and manage human resources processes,
  • Ensure the security of the website and prevent misuse and automated (bot) attacks,
  • Fulfil our legal obligations and establish evidence in possible disputes.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is:

  • Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
  • Necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5/2-ç),
  • Necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e),
  • Necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f),
  • Based on your explicit consent where none of the above applies (Art. 5/1).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, to the security service provider used for bot protection, to our financial and legal advisors, and to authorised public institutions upon request, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Where a transfer abroad is involved, the conditions required by the KVKK are observed.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and until the end of the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
  • Request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • Request erasure or destruction of the data,
  • Request that rectification, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • Object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
  • Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You may submit your requests, together with information and documents verifying your identity, by e-mail to info@eplusotomasyon.com or in writing to Oruçreis Mah. Tekstilkent Cad. İş Hanı Blok No:10T/310-311 Esenler / İstanbul. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
